These Terms govern your purchase and use of the merchandise store at store.redcoraluniverse.com (the "Store"). By placing an order or using the Store, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store. The Red Coral Universe streaming service at redcoraluniverse.com is governed by its own separate terms.
Who can order. You must be at least 18, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract.
Products are made to order. Items are printed on demand after you buy. Product photos are representative; actual colors and placement may vary slightly because of your screen and the printing process. This variation is normal and not a defect.
Prices and payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you order. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; by ordering you authorize the charge for the item total plus shipping and any applicable tax. We don't store your full card details.
Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it.
Shipping, returns, and refunds. Fulfillment and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms.
Intellectual property. The Red Coral Universe name, logos, artwork, and designs are the property of Red Coral LLC. Buying an item does not transfer any rights in the designs. You may not reproduce, resell, or use the designs or marks without written permission.
Acceptable use. Don't use the Store unlawfully, don't interfere with its operation or security, and don't attempt to access it in any way other than as intended.
Third-party services. The Store relies on Stripe (payments), Printify and its print providers (fulfillment), Resend (order email), and Netlify (hosting). Your use of the Store also involves their services, which have their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers. Except where the law says otherwise, the Store and its products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Coral LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Red Coral LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Store or violation of these Terms.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes. We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the Store means you accept the changes.
Severability & entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Shipping, Refund, and Privacy policies, are the entire agreement between you and Red Coral LLC regarding the Store.
