Made to order. Every item is printed on demand after you place your order, so production is part of the timeline below.
Where we ship. United States only, for now. We don't currently ship internationally.
Production time. Items are produced in 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed.
Shipping time. Once produced, orders arrive in 3–8 business days depending on the carrier and destination. Most orders land within 1–2 weeks of purchase.
Shipping cost. Calculated at checkout from your address and the items in your cart — the price you see is the real rate, no surprises.
Tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Correct address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.
Lost or delayed packages. If tracking stalls or a package doesn't arrive, email us at info@redcoraluniverse.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help investigate and make it right.
