This policy covers the merchandise store at store.redcoraluniverse.com. It explains what we collect when you shop, why, and who we share it with. The Red Coral Universe streaming service at redcoraluniverse.com is a separate service with its own privacy policy.
What we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and optionally your phone number, along with the items you buy. We do not collect or store your full card number — payment details are entered directly with our payment processor (see below).
Why we collect it. To process and fulfill your order, produce and ship your items, send order and shipping notifications, provide customer support, and keep records required for tax and accounting.
Who we share it with. We share only what's needed, with service providers who help us run the store:
- Stripe — payment processing. Your card details are handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy; we never see your full card number.
- Printify and its print providers — order fulfillment. We share your name, shipping address, and order details so your items can be produced and shipped.
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your order and provide tracking.
- Resend — sending your order confirmation email.
- Netlify — website hosting.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and the store. The store uses your browser's session storage to keep your cart while you shop. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own and carries no third-party trackers. Because the store shares the redcoraluniverse.com domain, cookies set by the streaming service may be sent to this site by your browser; the store does not read, use, or store them.
Data retention. We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements (generally 7 years), then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@redcoraluniverse.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights; contact us and we'll honor applicable requests.
Children. The store isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor.
Changes. We may update this policy; we'll post the new version here with an updated date.
